Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SyncBy!App ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

SyncBy!App is a browser-based tool that allows you to display PDF presentation slides on a remote screen using a peer-to-peer WebRTC connection or a WebSocket relay. No registration, account creation, or file upload to our servers is required to use the core functionality.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the Service infrastructure
• Circumvent rate limits, session limits, or any other protective measures
• Use automated tools to generate or enumerate session PINs
• Interfere with the availability of the Service for other users

We reserve the right to block access for any IP address or client that violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service software, design, and branding are owned by Bartosz Kulczyk. You retain full ownership of any content you present using the Service. We do not claim any rights over your presentation materials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bartosz Kulczyk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time and without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Session Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
